DECLARING THE REGISTRATION DAYS ON FEBRUARY 29, 1992, MARCH 7, 1992 AND MARCH 14, 1992 AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAYS IN CERTAIN PLACES IN THE COUNTRY.
WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections will conduct a general registration of qualified voters on certain dates and places in the country for the forthcoming national elections.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and upon the recommendation of the Chairman of the Commission on Elections, do hereby declare the registration days on February 29, 1992, March 7, 1992 and March 14, 1992 as a special non-working holidays in the following places in the country:
