DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CEBU

WHEREAS, Monday, February 24, 1992, marks the 55th Charter Anniversary of the City of Cebu;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cebu should be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, February 24, 1992, as a special day in the City of Cebu.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
