DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE IFUGAO STATE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMUT, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and declare as Civil Reservation for school site purposes of the Ifugao State College of Agriculture and Forestry, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of Lamut, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Six (325,696) square meters, as shown in Map C.R.-388, which are more particularly described to wit:

The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Education, Culture and Sports. For this purpose, a five (5) year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the Board of Trustees of the Ifugao State College of Agriculture and Forestry within one (1) year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Forest Management Bureau copies hereof.
The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the areas shall be subject to the Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations and to such other regulations that may hereafter be prescribed/promulgated.ℒαwρhi৷
In the event that the areas are no longer needed for the purpose stated, or their development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) or more years, this Proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject areas regain their original status as parts and parcels of the public/forest lands.
