DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 9, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ABRA

WHEREAS, Monday March 9, 1992, marks the 75th Charter Anniversary of the Province of Abra;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Abra should be given full opportunity to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their provinces history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, March 9, 1992, as a special day in the Province of Abra.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
