RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CONCEPCION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, ISLAND OF MAESTRE DE CAMPO.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Concepcion National High School site purposes, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Romblon, Island of Maestre de Campo, and more particularly described, as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 419, Cad-508-D) situated in the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Romblon, Island of Maestre de Campo. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot 420, Cad-508-D; on the E., along line 2-3 by Concepcion Bay; on the S., along line 3-4 by Lot 428, Cad-508-D; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 1323, Cad-508-D; on the W. and NW., along lines 5-6-7-1 by Lot 420, Cad-508-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 46 deg. 22W., 500.98 meters from BLLM No. 1, to corner 1, Cad-508-D, Concepcion Cadastre;
thence N. 80 deg. 47" E., 34.50 m. to point 2;
thence S. 01 deg. 45" E., 221.26 m. to point 3;
thence S. 85 deg. 10" W., 82.91 m. to point 4;
thence N. 33 deg. 48" W., 82.43 m. to point 5;
thence N. 10 deg. 16" W., 55.87 m. to point 6;
thence N. 39 deg. 04" E., 61.64 m. to point 7;
thence N. 48 deg. 54" E., 78.03 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of twenty two thousand nine hundred sixty one (22,961)) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corners 1 and 3 by PS cycl. conc. mons. and the rest by “X” on Trees.
