MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 848, January 14, 1992 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 687, S. 1960, WHICH RESERVED LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, UNDER TCT NOS. 34696, 34697 AND 34698, RESPECTIVELY, REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, SITUATED ALONG J. POSADAS JR. ROAD, PUNTA, STA. ANA, MANILA, FOR RELOCATION SITES OF INDIGENT SQUATTERS, FLOOD VICTIMS AND OTHER INDIGENTS OF GREATER MANILA By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, upon recommendation of the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the National Housing Authority, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 687, s. 1960, by transferring the administration and disposition of Lots 1, 2 and 3 under TCT Nos. 34696, 34697 and 34698, respectively, registered in the name of the Republic of the Philippines, situated along J. Posadas Jr. Road, Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila, for relocation sites of the squatters, flood victims and other indigents of Greater Manila, from the then Social Welfare Administration (now Department of Social Welfare and Development) to the National Housing Authority; PROVIDED, That the beneficiaries should qualify as belonging to the class of persons for whom the lots were originally meant, to be determined by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
