RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE KIMAGANGO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF KIMAGANGO, MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSAYAP, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Kimagango National High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the barangay of Kimagango, Municipality of Midsayap, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 593-A, Csd-12-004694-D being a portion of Lot 593, Pls-134), situated in the Barangay of Kimagango, Municipality of Midsayap, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 593-H, Csd-004694-D; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Road (Lot 593-1, Csd-12-004694-D); on the SW., W. & N., along lines 5-6-7-8 by Lot 593-J, Csd-12-004694-D; and on the NE. & E., along line 8-9-10-1 by Lot 593-H, Csd-12-004694-D.
