[ Proclamation No. 77, October 21, 1992 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

WHEREAS, All Saints Day, which is a Nationwide Special Day, falls on a Sunday, November 1, 1992;

WHEREAS, Monday, November 2, 1992, may be declared as a special day without prejudice to the public service to enable the people to go to the provinces to pay their respects to their departed relatives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, November 2, 1992, as a special day throughout the country.
