RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF SAN ISIDRO, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBLAWAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the San Isidro Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of San Isidro, Municipality of Kiblawan, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 405-A, Csd-11-001515-D), situated in the Barrio of San Isidro, Municipality of Kiblawan, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW and NW, along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 405-B, Csd-11-001516-D, on the NE along line 3-4 by Road; on the SE along line 4-1 by Lot 442, Pls 435. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 405-A, Csd-11-001516-D being S. 61-08 W., 3070.23 m. from BLLM No. 235, Pls. 435, Padada Public Land Subdivision. Thence . . . .

The lot was surveyed by Lencio Siao, Geodetic Engineer in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder on March 22, 1975 and was approved on May 6, 1975.
NOTE: This lot is equivalent to Lot 1022 a portion of Lot 405, Pls-435, Padada Public Land Subdivision.
