RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ROMAGUERA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF PALIGUE, MUNICIPALITY OF HAGONOY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Romaguera Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Paligue, Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described, to wit:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 5446, Cad-275) Sta. Cruz Cadastre, situated in the Barangay of Paligue, Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE, along line 1-2 by Lot 5447-C, Psd-69211; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 5447-A, Psd-69211 and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 5447-B, Psd-69211. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 5446 Cad-275, Sta Cruz Cadastre, being N 87-28" W., 828.78 m. from BLLM No. 132, P-265, Sta Cruz Cadastre. Thence . . . . .

S. 26 – 31" E;	94.33 m. to point 2;
S. 76 – 42" W;	112.38 m. to point 3;
N. 19 – 11" W;	82.67 m. to point 4;
N. 71 – 11" E;	100.42 m. to point 1;

point of beginning, containing an area of NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN (9,311) square meters, more or less.1aшphi1

Bearing true. This Lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by A. TAGARAO, Geodetic Engineer on April 1935 to June 1939 and was approved on July 31, 1940.
