GRANTING THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP TO THE NATIONAL STEEL CORPORATION (NSC) OF A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF FUENTES, CITY OF ILIGAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby grant the transfer of ownership to the National Steel Corporation (NSC) of a parcel of land located in the Barangay of Fuentes, City of Iligan, Island of Mindanao, which was reserved for its use under Proclamation No. 886, dated April 2, 1992, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 6460-A, Csd-12-003685-D, a portion of Lot No. 6460, Cad-292, situated in the Barangay of Fuentes, City of Iligan, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 6460-B, Csd-12-003685-D; on the W., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 28, IR-1028, parcel 4 (Iligan Bay); on the NE., along lines 3-4-5-6-7 by Nonucan River; on the SE., along line 7-8 by Lot No. 2043 (portion), Cad-292, Iligan Cadastre (portion of Lot 14, Ir-1028); and along lines 8-9-1 by National Highway. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 6460-A, Cad-12-003685 being S. 54° 30" W., 4,574.74 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-292, Iligan Cadastre. Thence . . . .

N. 82° 40" E., 90.19 m. to point 3;
S. 55° 50" E., 59.00 m. to point 4;
S. 49° 30" E., 45.88 m. to point 5;

S. 33° 27" E., 105.00 m. to point 7;
S. 60° 21" W., 66.17 m. to point 8;
N. 87° 18" W., 37.93 m. to point 9;
S. 63° 12" W., 50.00 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND SEVENTY ONE (34,071) SQUARE METERS.

The lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Geodetic Engineer Benjamin M. Lood on July 7, 1986 and approved on September 11, 1986.
Original survey was on September 8, 1944 to June 30, 1955. The lot is also a portion of Lot 5613, Cad-292.
