FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 41 DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 1992, AS AMENDED, DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF BATAAN, PANGASINAN, LA UNION, NUEVA VIZCAYA, MT. PROVINCE AND THE CITIES OF BAGUIO, DAGUPAN AND OLONGAPO WHICH WERE HEAVILY AFFECTED BY TROPICAL DEPRESSION “GLORING” AND “HUANING” AND TROPICAL STORM “ISANG”, TO ALSO INCLUDE THEREIN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET.

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 41 dated September 9, 1992, as amended, to include therein the province of Benguet which was also adversely affected by Tropical Storms “Gloring”, “Isang” and Lusing”.
