MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 42, September 10, 1992 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 547, DATED APRIL 5, 1990 WHICH RESERVED FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN LAHUG, CEBU CITY Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 547, dated April 5, 1990, which reserved for government center site purposes certain parcels of land of the private domain of the government situated in Lahug, Cebu City, and reserved the same for building site purposes of the Department of Science and Technology subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows: “A parcel of land (Lot 1033-A, of the subdivision plan, SWO-07-002124, being a portion of Lot 1033, Banilad Estate), situated in the Barangay Lahug, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SW., NW., and NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 by Lot 1033-B, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., & NE., along lines 10-11-12-13-14 by a River; and on the SW., along lines 14-15-16-1 by Lot 1033-B, of the subdivision plan. Containing an area of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (10,531) SQUARE METERS”.
