DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER 20 TO 26, 1992, AS “HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT WEEK”

WHEREAS, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 28th National Conference on September 23 to 25, 1992 at Iloilo City;

WHEREAS, this years Conference theme is “HANDS-ON-HRM CRITICAL ISSUES, PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS” and will be attended by human resources management experts and practitioner from all over the country;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the resources management;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from September 20 to 26, 1992, as “Human Resources Management Week” under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
