EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE COUNCIL OF NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS AGAINST DRUG AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE (PHILCADSA) UP TO AUGUST 30, 1993

WHEREAS, the Philippine Council of Non-Government Organizations Against Drug and Substance Abuse (PHILCADSA) was authorized under Proclamation No. 788, dated August 30, 1991, to conduct a national fund campaign up to August 30, 1992;

WHEREAS, PHILCADSA needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philippine Council of Non-Government Organizations Against Drug and Substance Abuse up to August 30, 1993.1aшphi1

For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts received by the Philippine Council of Non-Government Organizations Against Drug and Substance Abuse (PHILCADSA) for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be entitled to all the tax exemption and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
