DECLARING AUGUST 27 AND 28, 1992, AS DAVAO CITY DAYS IN OBSERVANCE OF “KADAYAWAN SA DABAW” FESTIVAL

WHEREAS, the City of Davao will observe the annual “Kadayawan sa Dabaw,” a cultural festival to be participated by the City Government and private sector;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Davao desires to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare August 27 and 28, 1992, as Davao City Days. The days shall be regular working and school days.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
