AUTHORIZING THE INSTITUTE FOR STUDIES ON DIABETES FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 TO AUGUST 31, 1993

WHEREAS, the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 778, series of 1991, to conduct a national fund campaign from July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992;

WHEREAS, the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1992 to August 31, 1993;

For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts received by the Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be entitled to all the tax exemption and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
