AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2 DATED JULY 3, 1992 DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE COASTAL AREAS OF BATAAN, PAMPANGA, BULACAN, METRO MANILA AND CAVITE, INCLUDING CAVITE CITY, WHICH ARE AFFECTED BY THE RED TIDE TOXINS, TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF HERMOSA AND BAGAC, BATAAN PROVINCE

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend, upon the recommendation of the Chairman, National Disaster Coordinating Council, Proclamation No. 2 dated July 3, 1992 declaring a state of public calamity in the coastal areas of Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila and Cavite, including Cavite City, which are affected by the red tide toxins, to include therein the Municipalities of Hermosa and Bagac, Bataan Province which are equally affected by the red tide toxins.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
