DECLARING DECEMBER 26, 1992 AND JANUARY 2 1993 AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

WHEREAS, the twenty-sixth (Saturday) of December, 1992 and the second (Saturday) day of January, 1993 may be declared as public holidays without prejudice to the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare December 26, 1992 and January 2, 1993 as special public holidays.
