[ Proclamation No. 120, December 15, 1992 ]

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 792, DATED 5 SEPTEMBER 1991

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 792, dated 5 September 1991, as follows:

Section 1. A new Whereas Clause is hereby added after the Second Whereas Clause to read as follows:

“WHEREAS, the shortage of low cost housing projects for qualified Government personnel has been the consistent problem of the Government of the Philippines.”

Section 2. A new paragraph is hereby added after the Third Paragraph to read as follows:

“The privilege herein granted may be extended to qualified personnel of the other departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the national government including employees of the municipal government of Muntinlupa and government-owned or controlled corporations as may be determined and approved by the Department of Justice.”

Section 3. The provisions of Proclamation No. 792 not otherwise inconsistent with this Proclamation shall remain in full force and effect.1aшphi1
