DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARINGAY, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Friday, December 13, 1991, marks the 250th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Aringay, Province of La Union;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Aringay, Province of La Union, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, December 13, 1991, as a special day in the Municipality of Aringay, Province of La Union.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
