REORGANIZING THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION FOR ALL CREATED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 480, DATED OCTOBER 16, 1989

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reorganize the National Committee on Education for All created under Proclamation No. 480, dated October 16, 1989, by designating the Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority as Co-Chairman, and including the Governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and the heads of the Office of Northern Cultural Communities, Office of Southern Cultural Communities, and the Office of Muslim Affairs as additional Members, of said National Committee.

This Proclamation shall take effect immediately.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of December in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety one.
