RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF BULANAO, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Provincial Government Center as site for Local and other National Government Offices, under the Administration of the Province of Kalinga-Apayao, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Bulanao, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
