DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 12, 1991, marks the 100th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, December 12, 1991, as a special day in the Municipality of San Juan, Province of Batangas.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
