RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULOP A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF SULOP, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for health center site purposes of the Municipality of Sulop under the administration of the Department of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, and which is more particularly described as follows:

equivalent to Lot 148, Ts-231

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 9126-A, Csd-11-010160-D, equivalent to Lot 148, Ts-231, situated in the Municipality of Sulop, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North along lines 7-8-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the East along line 1-2 by Lot 9126-B; Csd-11-010160-D; on the South along line 2-3 and on the West along lines 3-4-5-6-7 both by Road (10.00 m. wide). Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being N. 61 deg. 03" E., 1414.93 m. from BBM No. 21, Cad-275.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corners 1 and 2 are P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. and the rest are Old BL Cyl. Conc. Mons., 15 x 60 cm.; Bearings true; date of original survey November 1 to December 15, 1952; date of subdivision survey October 29, 1988 by Engr. Nemesio C.
