RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE KORONADAL NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Koronadal National Comprehensive High School (KNCHS), under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land, Lot No. 878, Ts-10-1032, situated in the Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Southeast along line 1-2 by Road; on the South along line 2-3 by Road; on the Southwest along line 3-4 by Road; on the West along line 4-5 by Road; on the Northwest along line 5-6 by Aurora Street; on the North along line 6-7 by Road; on the Northeast along line 7-8 by J. Rizal St.; and on the East along line 8-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 71 deg. 33 W., 2936.33 m. from TRIANGULATION STATION “TUKADILAS”.

beginning, containing an area of SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE (79,193) SQUARE METERS more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as B.L. Conc. Mon.; bearing true; date of subdivision survey, July 18, 1960 to January 27, 1961 and approved on April 1, 1964.
