RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MADAUM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY OF MADAUM, MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Madaum Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Madaum, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 7209-A, Csd-11-010087-D, identical to Lot 14413, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre, being a portion of Lot 7209, Ccs-131, situated in Barangay Madaum, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northeast along line 8-9 by road; East along line 9-1 by Lot 7209-B, Csd-11-010087-D; South along line 1-2 by road; Southwest along lines 2-3-4-5 and Northwest along lines 6-7-8 all by road. Beginning from point marked “1” of Lot 7209-A, Csd-010087-D being S. 34 deg. 51" E., 1024.29 m. from BLLM No. 50, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre.

beginning; containing an area of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY TWO (39,242) SQUARE METERS. Bearings true. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corner 9 and 1 are P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons., 15 x 40 cm. and the rest are OLD B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Date of original survey April 1935 to May 1938; date of subdivision survey, July 23, 1988 by Geodetic Engineer Blas S. Caberte and was approved on July 28, 1988.ℒαwρhi৷
