AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 370, SERIES OF 1953, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC PURPOSES SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSAYAP, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 370, series of 1953, which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain for certain public purposes situated in Midsayap, North Cotabato, by excluding therefrom one of the lots embraced therein and declaring the same open for disposition pursuant to the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which lot is particularly described as follows:

(Identical to Lot 37, Pr-148)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1 as shown on plan Mr-1036, Sheet 1, GLRO Record No. ), situated in the Barrio of Bual, Municipality of Midsayap, Province of North Cotabato. Bounded on the NE., by Fr. Jose Burgos Street; on the SE., by Manuel L. Quezon Ave.; on the SW., by Lapu-Lapu St., and on the NW., by Dr. Jose Rizal Street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 20-59" W., 387.55 m. from BLLM No. 65, Dulauan Cad. 107, thence

S. 29-14" W., 84.93 m. to point 2;

N. 60-42" W., 82.37 m. to point 3;

N. 29-11" E., 84.84 m. to point 4;

S. 60-46" E., 82.45 m. to point 1;

point of beginning; containing an area of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE (6,995) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. cyl. conc. mons; bearings true: date of survey, April 15-19, 1947 and that of the approval, December 3, 1952.
