RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MADAUM, MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of the Jose Tuazon, Jr. Memorial Barangay High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Madaum, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 7209-B, Plan Csd-11-010087-D), situated in the Barrio of Madaum, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Lot 7209-A, Csd-11-010087-D; and on the NW,. N.; NE., E., SE., and S., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan Csd-11-010087-D being S. 34 deg. 51" E., 1024.29 m. from BLLM No. 50, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre;

thence N. 0 deg. 59" W. 392.80 m. to point 2;

thence N. 79 deg. 56" E. 47.59 m. to point 3;

thence S. 88 deg. 52" E. 65.59 m. to point 4;

thence S. 40 deg. 20" E. 7.57 m. to point 5;

thence S. 4 deg. 38" W. 391.96 m. to point 6;

thence S. 51 deg. 58" W. 8.21 m. to point 7;

thence N. 88 deg. 38" W. 72.46 m. to point 1;

point of beginning. Containing an area of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO (39,242) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground corners 1 & 2 by PS and the rest by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Date of original survey, April 1935 to May 1938 and the subdivision survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Blas S. Caberte on July 23, 1988 and approved on July 27, 1988.ℒαwρhi৷

NOTE: This lot is a portion of Lot 7209, Ccs-131, equivalent to Lot 14414, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre.
