DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AND THE CITIES OF BATANGAS AND LIPA

WHEREAS, the 126th birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar, a national hero and patriot, falls on September 27, 1991;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting that the residents of the Province of Batangas and the Cities of Batangas and Lipa be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate programs and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 27, 1991, as a special day in the Province of Batangas and in the Cities of Batangas and Lipa.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
