DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 1991, “AS MUNICIPALITY OF SALUG DAY” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALUG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 18, 1991 marks the 32nd Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Salug, Province of Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Municipality of Salug desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 18, 1991, as “Municipality of Salug Day” in the Municipality of Salug, Province of Zamboanga del Norte. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
