FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DISABLED, INC., UP TO JUNE 30, 1992.

WHEREAS, the authority of the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., (RPFD) to conduct a national fund campaign was last extended under Proclamation No. 648 dated September 28, 1990, covering the period ending 30 June 1991;

WHEREAS, further extension of RPFDs fund drive will enable it to expand its programs and projects for the disadvantaged and physically handicapped;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., up to June 30, 1992.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, gifts received by the Rehabilitation & Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
