MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 794, September 5, 1991 ] FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE HEART FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES FROM MARCH 19, 1991 UP TO MARCH 19, 1992. WHEREAS, the Heart Foundation of the Philippines was authorized under Proclamation No. 386 dated March 13, 1989 to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign from March 19, 1989 to March 19, 1990 and extended under Proclamation No. 538 dated March 13, 1990 up to March 19, 1991; WHEREAS, the humanitarian campaign of the Heart Foundation of the Philippines merits continued and full support of every Filipino and resident in the country, and every government office and agency, to include the private sector to enable the Foundation to service a greater number of the poor and underprivileged who are suffering from heart disease and related ailments; and WHEREAS, the Heart Foundation of the Philippines needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goal.ℒαwρhi৷ NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further extend the national educational, membership and fund campaign period of the Heart Foundation of the Philippines from March 19, 1991 up to March 19, 1992. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
