AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 770 DATED AUGUST 12, 1991 TO DECLARE NOVEMBER 1991 AS “WORLD QUIZ BEE MONTH”, INSTEAD OF SEPTEMBER 1991.

WHEREAS, the holding of the 2nd World Quiz Bee has been re-scheduled from September 1-9, 1991 to November 16-22, 1991;

WHEREAS, the Quiz Bee Foundation needs ample time to prepare for the said activity to ensure its success;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 770 dated August 12, 1991 to declare November 1991 as “World Quiz Bee Month”, instead of September 1991.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
