MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 784, August 29, 1991 ] DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, TARLAC. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a state of public calamity in the municipality of San Jose, Tarlac which suffered heavily from the adverse effects of Mt. Pinatubo eruptions. All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehabilitation work in accordance with existing operations plans and directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.
