[ Proclamation No. 782, August 27, 1991 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the founding anniversary of the Province of Nueva Ecija falls on September 2, 1991;

WHEREAS, the residents desire to commemorate the event with fitting programs and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 2, 1991, as a special day in the Province of Nueva Ecija. The said day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
