[ Proclamation No. 780, August 26, 1991 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 1991, AS A “SPECIAL DAY” IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, the 77th foundation anniversary of the Province of Bukidnon will fall on September 1, 1991;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Bukidnon desire to commemorate the foundation anniversary of their province on September 6, 1991;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 6, 1991, as a “special day” in the Province of Bukidnon. The said day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
