MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 776, August 16, 1991 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 1991 AND EVERY FRIDAY IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE THIRD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA WHEREAS, Friday, September 20, 1991, marks the annual feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, the miraculous Regional Patroness of Bicolandia; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the City of Naga be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, September 20, 1991, and every Friday immediately preceding the third Sunday of the month of September of every year, as a special day in the City of Naga.ℒαwρhi৷ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
