FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 745 DATED JUNE 24, 1991, AS AMENDED, DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE SIX (6) MUNICIPALITIES OF ZAMBALES PROVINCE, FOUR (4) MUNICIPALITIES OF BATAAN PROVINCE, AND ALL OTHER MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN COVERED BY PREVIOUS PROCLAMATIONS IN VIEW OF THE ADVERSE EFFECTS OF THE MT. PINATUBO ERUPTIONS TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGAC, BATAAN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) recommends the declaration of a state of public calamity in the Municipality of Bagac, Bataan Province which is also hard-hit by the Mt. Pinatubo eruptions as compared to the towns already proclaimed by the President;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 745 dated June 24, 1991, as amended, declaring a state of public calamity in the six (6) municipalities of Zambales Province, four (4) municipalities of Bataan Province, and all other municipalities in the Province of Pampanga which have not been covered by previous proclamations in view of the adverse effects of the Mt. Pinatubo eruptions to include therein the Municipality of Bagac, Bataan Province.ℒαwρhi৷
