RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES OF DOLORES, EASTERN SAMAR, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION MUNICIPALITY OF DOLORES, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, ISLAND OF SAMAR.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes of Dolores, Eastern Samar, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Dolores, Eastern Samar, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Dolores, Province of Eastern Samar, Island of Samar, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:
