DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 11, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 11, 1991, marks the 31st Charter Anniversary of the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 11, 1991, as a special day in the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be afixed.
