RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE AGGUGADDAN-MALIBABAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY AGGUGADDAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PEÑABLANCA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Aggugaddan-Malibabag Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Aggugaddan, Municipality of Peñablanca, Province of Cagayan, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land Lot No. 2729, Pls-793 as surveyed for SCHOOL SITE situated in the barrio of Aggugaddan, Municipality of Peñablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., along line 4-5 by Provincial Road., on the S., along line 5-6 by lot 2734, Pls-793, on the W., along line 6-7 by lot 354, line 7-1 by lot 2731, line 1-2 by lot 2730, line 2-3 by lot 2732, on the N., along line 3-4 by lot 2725, all by Pls-793. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 14 deg. 34E., 7,965.84 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pls-793.

thence N. 2 deg. 09E., 63.23 m. to pt. 3;

thence S. 86 deg. 26E., 51.69 m. to pt. 4;

thence N. 3 deg. 07W., 29.59 m. to pt. 7;

thence N. 7 deg. 04E., 29.80 m. to pt. 1;

point of beginning;

containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (11,315) sq. m. more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: All corners are marked by B.L. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true. Surveyed on January 4, 1962 by the Geodetic Engineer of Survey Party 1-C.
