DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1991, AS “CITY OF TAGBILARAN DAY”

WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1991, marks the Charter Anniversary of the City of Tagbilaran;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tagbilaran desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1991, as “City of Tagbilaran Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety one.
