DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 19, 1991, marks the Silver Charter Anniversary of the Province of Benguet;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 19, 1991, as a special day in the Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
