RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE AURORA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MA. AURORA, PROVINCE OF AURORA
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Aurora National Agricultural School under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of Ma. Aurora, Province of Aurora as shown and described in FMB Map CR No. 384, which is more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land beginning at a corner “1” at the junction of Basal River and Cabuaran creek
thence S 32 deg. 00" E., 680.00 m. to corner 2
thence S 50 deg. 00" W., 380.00 m. to corner 3
thence S 85 deg. 00" W., 450.00 m. to corner 4
thence S 67 deg. 00" W., 170.00 m. to corner 5
thence N 29 deg. 00" W., 600.00 m. to corner 6
thence N 01 deg. 59" W., 580.00 m. to corner 7
Following Cabuaran creek downstream in general North-east direction of about 200 m. to corner 8
Following Cabuaran creek downstream in general South-east direction of about 210 m. to corner 9
thence S 66 deg. 00" E., 410.00 m. to corner 10
thence N 73 deg. 00" E., 120.00 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of NINETY (90) HECTARES more or less.”
1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the School Head of the Aurora National Agricultural School within one year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources thru the Forest Management Bureau copies thereof.
2. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to the forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.ℒαwρhi৷
3. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area reverts to its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.
