RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SACUB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAGONOY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Sacub Elementary School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in the Barangay of Sacub, Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 11166-B, Csd-4098-D (Identical to Lot No. 11298, Csd. 275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre), situated in the Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE along line 1-2 by Lot No. 11166-A, Csd-4098-D, on the SE along line 2-3 by Lot No. 11166-A, Csd-4098-D, on the SW along line 3-4 by Lot 3571, Sta. Cruz Cadastre; on the WSW along lines 4-5-6 by Lot No. 11165 (Lot No. 3580-B, Csd-3137-D); on the NW along line 6-7 by Lot No. 11166-C, Csd-4098-D; and on the NNE along line 7-1 by Lot No. 11166-C, Csd-4098-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” as indicated on the copy of the subdivision plan, being S. 88° 23" W., 746.98 meters from BLLM No. 109, Sta. Cruz Cadastre: Thence,

S. 42° 11" E., 99.92 m. to point 2;

S. 37° 59" W., 150.40  m. to point 3;

N. 41° 58" W., 100.00  m. to point 4;

N. 46° 59" E., 7.33  m. to point 5;

N. 39° 23" W., 38.30  m. to point 6;

N. 37° 32" E., 141.60  m. to point 7;

S. 41° 03" E., 38.00 m. to point

of beginning, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND THREE (20,003) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated in the subdivision plan are PS cyl. conc. mons 15 x 60 cm. and all corners not otherwise described are Old Points, bearing true.ℒαwρhi৷ The subdivision survey was made on March 31, 1959 and was approved on October 29, 1959. Original survey was on April 1935 – July 1940.
