RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE GREENFIELD HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF GREENFIELD, MUNICIPALITY OF MAGPET, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of the Greenfield High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Greenfield, Municipality of Magpet, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 382-A, Csd-12-004665), situated in the Barangay of Greenfield, Municipality of Magpet, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 176, Pls-831; on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 382-C, Csd-12-004665, along line 3-4 by Lot 154, Pls-831; and on the W. & N., along lines 4-5-1 by Lot 382-B, Csd-12-004665. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan Csd-12-004665 being N. 79 deg. 22E., 13775.75 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pls-579, Kidapawan Public Land Subdivision.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corners 2-3 & 4 by Old BL Cyl. Conc. Mons. and the rest by BL Cyl. Conc. Mons. Date of Survey January 6-7, 1989 by Geodetic Engineer Elmelda F. Blanco and approved on September 13, 1989. (Original Survey November 28, 1962)
