DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 21 TO 27, 1991, AS SECRETARIES WEEK

WHEREAS, the period April 22 to 28, 1990 has been designated as Secretaries Week under Proclamation No. 558, dated April 20, 1990;

WHEREAS, this year, the Philippine Association of Secretaries will be celebrating Secretaries Week from April 21 to 27, 1991, to coincide with the observance of its 33rd anniversary;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries should be given the opportunity to commemorate its 33rd anniversary;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from April 21 to 27, 1991, as Secretaries Week.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
