DECLARING THE WEEK APRIL 13 TO 21 OF EVERY YEAR AS “POSITIVE THINKING WEEK”

WHEREAS, positive thinking enriches ones personality, and keeps Gods blessings flowing into the ‘Cup of Life;

WHEREAS, being positive in mind and spirit creates an environment filled with love, peace and harmony;

WHEREAS, positive thinking brings one closer to the ideals of truth, beauty and happiness;

WHEREAS, given the significance of positivism to various art organizations, it is but proper to give due recognition to the initiatives of these organizations in the promotion of positivism;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the week April 13 to 21 of every year as “Positive Thinking Week.”
