DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 16, 1991 AS SPECIAL DAY IN DAVAO CITY

WHEREAS, Saturday, March 16, 1991 marks the Charter Anniversary of Davao City;

WHEREAS, the people of Davao City desire to celebrate this historic event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 16, 1991 as a special day in Davao City.
